Wabash Avenue Bridge

Marco and I kept trying to think of something we could do tonight, but all we kept thinking of was going out to eat. I suggested that we don’t eat out all week so that we can go to a really nice restaurant next weekend. That begged the question of where we would go, which is my favorite question, but there are far too many answers.

Marco’s first suggestion was Alinea. A great suggestion as it’s considered one of the best restaurants in the world, but maybe a little too ambitious for next weekend. We walked by Weber Grill and he suggested we revisit. I declined saying that I wasn’t super impressed by our first visit and that if we wanted steak, I’d rather go to Gibson’s or RPM Steak. We also looked up the menu at Shaw’s Crabhouse and tried to compare the prices to a seafood restaurant that we dropped some money on in San Diego, but we couldn’t recall the check from 2019.

I really love that we could very well discuss all of our options for the whole next week and we still might not come up with an answer.
