The Sunday Scaries are in full effect! Work is never as bad as dreading it beforehand. What I really don’t look forward to is waking up every morning and having to get ready. No matter what time I wake up, I’m always grouchy and miserable. The only cure to my morning blues is the ability to sleep in as long as I want, and that only happens on the weekends.

But, I won’t focus on the week ahead before appreciating a beautiful weekend in Chicago. The weather has been unimaginably perfect and my walks have been great. Today’s walk ended with frozen yogurt which is really the only way walks in the summer should end. All in all, it was a very successful weekend and in theory, I should be well-rested for the week. I'll take the rest of the evening to enjoy being off and not think about work.
