Wabash Avenue

There are some things that always remind me of my mom and nights like these are high up on the list. There are also some songs that always take me back to the front seat of our red Grand Caravan with my mom driving and the two of us singing and dancing. There are some scenes in movies that bring me back to our big brown foamy couch with my mom, my brother, and me sitting, watching, and laughing.

I wonder if these things will always make me think of her or if they will be replaced by new experiences. I hope at least some of them always remind me of her and let me relive those vivid memories.
