Lincoln Park

Despite considering myself outgoing and personable, there are times when I find myself annoyed by people’s mere presence. The worst part about this state of mind is that it only seems to breed more annoyance and a worse outlook on life.

Sometimes I am able to recognize these moments and lately, I’ve been trying to imagine every person from God’s perspective (if you aren’t religious, maybe it would be from a creator’s perspective or the universe’s perspective). I believe that everyone is here for a reason and is loved, if not by their families and friends, then whoever or whatever brought them into existence. If I take that perspective and try only to see others with love, it makes my life and my attitude much better.
