I keep trying to think about what I could have learned over the course of my walks this month. There’s probably something, but I sure can’t think of it. I can only think that maybe turning every life experience into a lesson isn’t realistic and maybe we shouldn’t set out to always be educating ourselves. Of course, continued education and varying your worldview is important, and yes, to a certain extent we are always learning and should continue to learn.

What I’m saying is that my walks can be just that; walks. I can wander around aimlessly or with a purpose, speed walk or linger, learn something or realize nothing. There is something beautiful in that.
