River North

Today is a day I wish I could pause. Even after being outside all day I still feel like I could walk halfway across the city. The weather is so perfect and I’ve had such a fun weekend, I don't want it to end. Alas, the imminent work week is creeping in and making me feel like I need to get home and “unwind” before it begins; whatever that means.

I really can’t complain about my job and I try to remind myself of that every time I find myself dreading it. It’s perfectly fine and not too stressful or labor intensive, but it doesn’t beat a weekend like this one.
